Kyalami wedding Venue | Strawberry fields

We have to mention the springer spaniels in this story, the couples pride and joy :). The two dogs are trained to hunt and retrieve so Pem and Lizette chose to have the dogs bring the precious wedding rings down the aisle to them when they were ready. I was a little nervous of this part but it worked out really well and definitely brought a great reaction from the guests.

So did Pem lifting Lizette onto a pedestal for the ceremony. (how cute!) That, however, didn’t go exactly according to plan as a thorn tree was above them and decided to catch Lizettes hair. However, this did not phase her and after a few laughs from the crowd, Pem quickly had her free from the clutches of the thorn tree :). It’s these small moments that really make my heart knelt at a wedding because they are so genuine.
