Michelle and Gavin were married at Kloofzicht wedding venue in Muldersdrift. It is definitely a beautiful setting for a wedding with lakes surrounded by mountains. As it was a winter wedding the colours were all warm winter tones. This is still one of my favourite times to photograph as the sunlight seems to be a little lower in the sky and late afternoon brings out the most beautiful tones on these mountains and veld grass. They had a lot of bridesmaids and groomsmen to share in their special day so group photos were quite a task. But all in all, everyone had a great time and we got some amazing shots along with my partner videographer. The decor at this wedding was elegant. Mostly white and gold colouring to suit the theme of the day.

They also kept with some of their Jewish traditions during the ceremony. Breaking glass and walking around the groom 7 times were amongst these.
